Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and applications offered by Ascendia Digital Sdn Bhd (the "Service"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

Important Notice

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

As Ascendia Digital evolves, our Terms will need to evolve as well to cover new situations. Any revisions to these Terms shall become effective on the date they are posted on www.ascendia.my or in the Service.

Use of the Service

Ascendia Digital values your privacy and we are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. By using Ascendia Digital, you shall agree and consent to us to use and process your Personal Data.

Personal Data Definition

"Personal Data" means information about you, from which you are identifiable, including but not limited to your name, telephone number, credit or debit card details, race, gender, email address, and any information you provide in registration or application forms.

Voluntary Data Provision

The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide Ascendia Digital your Personal Data, your usage of the Service may be incomplete and may cause Ascendia Digital to be unable to allow you to use the Service.

Content

The Service provides access to compiled educational information and related sources. Such information is provided on an "As Is" basis and we assume no liability for the accuracy or completeness or use or non-obsolescence of such information.

Content Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all information is current or error-free. Users should verify important information independently.

Content Updates

We reserve the right to make changes, corrections, withdrawals, or additions to content at any time without notice.

Educational Supplement

The Service is intended to supplement, not substitute, curriculum-based education provided by educational institutions. Subscription does not guarantee admission to institutions or exam success.

Ascendia Digital Premium Subscription

Monthly Payments

  • • Recurring monthly billing
  • • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • • Credit card authorization required
  • • Cancel anytime before renewal

One-Time Payment

  • • Single payment via Online Banking
  • • No automatic renewal
  • • Specified subscription duration
  • • Full term access guaranteed

Payment Failures

If a payment fails, Ascendia Digital will attempt to process the payment again. After multiple failed attempts, your Subscription may be suspended or terminated.

Refunds Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

✅ Full refund: Within 24 hours of initial purchase

❌ No refund: After 24-hour period for current billing month

Long-Term Subscriptions

✅ Pro-rated refund: For remaining unused full months

❌ Current month: Non-refundable

Note: This policy applies regardless of your decision to terminate your Subscription early or our decision to terminate your Subscription for a violation of these Terms. All refund requests must be made by contacting our support team.

Rules and Prohibited Activities

You must not do any of the following while accessing or using the Service:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes or illegal activities

Upload prohibited content or spam

Access non-public areas or tamper with systems

Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities

Use automated means to access the Service

Interfere with or disrupt service access

Disclaimers & Liability

"AS IS" Service

Your access to and use of the Service or any Content is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASCENDIA DIGITAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
